One buyer, one installer, one record: how theStacc Ads, the Receptionist and the Fairview Record meet in one Bharat journey
Told from the buyer's side. The Kakadiya family in Katargam, Surat, buys a 3 kW rooftop system under PM Surya Ghar from an illustrative installer, Navsurya Rooftop in Pandesara. A small theStacc Ads test on ShareChat starts the conversation. The Receptionist answers on the installer's own WhatsApp. The Fairview Record earns the trust, and the finished job becomes an anchored install. Six weeks later a schoolteacher in Bardoli, a Tier 3 town, finds the same installer through that job. She never sees an ad.
The loop in one line
ShareChat test, ₹4,800→9 real enquiries, counted once→
2 booked jobs→2 anchored installs on the Record→A Tier 3 buyer finds them with no ad
How to read it
- Every screen carries a tag: Live today, In build or Next. Only CNAP caller names (from 1 Nov 2026) and the bills are real-world today; theStacc's AI-citation work is live for its own customers. The first and last screens are tagged Context.
- Pink cards are the buyer's phone. Blue cards are the installer's phone: the three moments that make the next buyer moment possible.
- Ads run only on outside platforms. No Fairview surface shows an ad, and ad spend has zero weight in Fairview's ranking rules.
- Counters move once through the story: 41 to 42 installs, 29 to 30 anchored, promise kept 38 of 41 to 39 of 42.
- Gujarati copy carries an English gloss. A native speaker should check every line before this is shown outside the team.
- Journey design adapted from Fable 5.1's review. Names, numbers and documents are illustrative; no real business, DGVCL reference or person is shown.

1 · The nudge: an ad buys the first conversation 6 screens
B01ContextA ₹3,400 bill in AprilEvery Surat solar story starts with a bill. The connection is in Jigna's name, so the subsidy will be paid to her account. Paresh asks the family group.B02In buildA Gujarati ad in Paresh's ShareChat feedA 15-second Gujarati video from Navsurya Rooftop. A small test with a price tag, written only from facts Hirenbhai approved: the subsidy amount, 41 installs, a quote that holds for 14 days.B03In buildWhatsApp opens with a code, and the Receptionist answersThe ad opens Navsurya's own WhatsApp with "Hi, I'd like a quote SC4K" already typed. The Receptionist answers in seconds, asks for his language, then asks three screening questions.B04In buildTwo photos, a price band and a booked surveyParesh sends the terrace and the bill. He gets the published price band before any visit, a free survey slot, and a link to Navsurya's Fairview Record.B05Live from 1 Nov 2026Thursday: the phone says who is callingHirenbhai calls before the survey. The screen shows NAVSURYA ROOFTOP, not an unknown number, so Paresh picks up.B06In buildInstaller's phone: the question that turns leads into jobsThe other side of the same lead. Every morning theStacc sends Hirenbhai one WhatsApp: which leads still need an outcome, where each came from, each person counted once. One tap each says what happened.
2 · The check: the record earns the trust 6 screens
B07In build11 pm: Kunal checks on ChatGPTParesh's son never saw the ad. He asks ChatGPT who is reliable, and the answer names Navsurya with its record, citing Fairview. No sponsored unit appears in this answer.B08In buildNavsurya's Fairview RecordKunal taps the citation. 38 of 41 promises kept, and the record names the three it missed and why. The price band is dated and comes from signed quotes. Every anchored job says who confirmed it.B09In buildThe trade page, and the rules nobody can buyKunal opens "Rooftop solar in Surat". Navsurya is first because of anchored installs and kept promises. The ranking rules say paying Fairview, or advertising anywhere, carries zero weight.B10In buildInstaller's phone: a voice note becomes a signed quoteAfter the survey Hirenbhai forwards a terrace photo and a 21-second voice note to Fairview. The agent drafts an itemised quote inside his published band. He signs it with one tap.B11In buildThe signed quote, and where the subsidy goesItemised, signed, valid to a date, and the number sits inside the published band. The subsidy line names Jigna as the person who receives ₹78,000. That answers the subsidy-netting worry many families raise.B12In buildThe cheaper quote had no recordA cousin offers ₹1.6 lakh through a contact. Kunal searches Fairview and finds no record, so nothing to check. Nobody is called a cheat; the gap speaks. Jigna decides it with the subsidy line.
3 · The job: from yes to anchored 4 screens
B13In buildYes, an advance, and the record asks firstParesh says yes and pays ₹20,000 by UPI. Before anything goes public, Fairview asks whether the finished job may appear on Navsurya's record, by area only, and says it can be withdrawn.B14In buildInstall day on Jigna's phoneJigna is at home, so the messages go to her: who is coming, the van number, photos through the day, and the honest wait for DGVCL's meter.B15In buildCommissioned: the job is anchored, and ₹78,000 landsDGVCL fits the net meter on 13 May. The job appears on the public record as "Katargam, 3 kW", anchored to the commissioning certificate, and the counters move: 42 installs, 30 anchored, 39 of 42 kept. On 21 June the subsidy reaches Jigna's account.B16In buildInstaller's phone: the ad test ends, the proof staysThe ShareChat test closed on day 28 with 9 real enquiries and 2 booked jobs. Verdict: keep. By mid-May one of those jobs is already anchored on Navsurya's record, where it keeps working after the ads stop.
4 · The compounding: proof finds the next buyer 6 screens
B17In buildSix weeks later, Bardoli: Bhavna never sees an adBhavna Rathod, a schoolteacher in Bardoli, asks ChatGPT in Gujlish. The answer cites Navsurya's record, including the Kakadiyas' job by area and date. Paresh's roof is now her evidence. No ad was involved.B18In buildInstaller's phone: a Tier 3 enquiry with ₹0 ad spendThe same morning message Hirenbhai gets every day, now with Bhavna in it. Her source reads "ChatGPT → your Fairview Record", ad spend ₹0. Four of this month's eleven enquiries came from the record with no ad behind them.B19NextFairview Discover: ask once, compare recordsThe next step for buyers like Bhavna: one request, sent to three installers with anchored work near Bardoli. Signed quotes arrive side by side in her Fairview thread instead of ten phone calls.B20NextOne year on: the message a fly-by-night installer never sendsA year later the Receptionist books the first-year service that was in the quote, and reports the units produced. Kept service visits show on the record too.B21In buildA referral is a lead with a record attachedA neighbour asks the society group. Paresh shares Navsurya's record, and Dineshbhai recognises the "Katargam, 3 kW" job. When he taps WhatsApp from the record, the ledger counts it as a referral, not an ad.B22ContextBookend: ₹3,400 became ₹240The same lock screen as the first screen, a year on. The ad test ended a year ago. The record it fed is still finding buyers.
